  • We not only take pride in our work, we guarantee it. At the completion of any Mane Escape service, your technician or stylist will detail proper maintenance procedures. Simply maintain your new hairstyle, color, texture or nail service as recommended and if you are unhappy with any service, call us within one week, and we’ll correct the problem to your satisfaction.

Because we believe in our own potential, we will continue to use our education, experience, and attitude to challenge ourselves and further our careers. We know that in order to do this, we must continue to collaborate artistically and intellectually, and to give and get support from the Mane Escape team.

  • A VERY SPECIAL SALON
  • Every member of our team brings a high degree of experience, talent, and knowledge to his or her work. Our hairstylists and aestheticians have attended some of the most prestigious schools in the industry and continually attend specialized advanced training sessions. We foster teamwork between members of our staff and encourage you to take advantage of this approach. Allowing more than one operator to become familiar with you makes it easier to get an appointment when you need one.

SALON POLICIES

  • ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENTS
  • To ensure convenient appointment times, we encourage clients to schedule future appointments before leaving the salon. Otherwise, please call us at least two weeks in advance of your preferred date.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Because your services are personally reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the services. Day packages require a 48 hour notice of change or cancellation. No shows are charged at a full price of service. A credit card or gift certificate number is required to reserve three or more services.

  • Please inform our staff of any allergies, medical problems or skin conditions you may have.

  • PUNCTUALITY
  • The Mane Escape schedules clients’ appointments to ensure sufficient time for all treatment services. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.

  • CHILDREN
  • All children are welcome provided they are closely supervised or have an appointment. Children are not permitted in Spa area or left unattended in waiting areas.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available for every occasion, any service and in any amount. They are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost. We can mail or ship gift cards and products anywhere in the United States!
