CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING
We require a 24-hour minimum notice for all cancellations AND rescheduling of appointments.
We, Rebel & Rose Beauty House, reserve the rights to charge up to 50% of scheduled services, appointment changes, and no shows made within this time frame.
TARDINESS
If you are going to be late, we ask that you call the salon and let us know of your approximate arrival.
If you are 15 minutes or more late, we reserve the right to refuse some and/or all services in which the initial deposit will be surrendered and not refunded.
When a guest is late, it now puts us behind schedule for all other guests that show up on time, which creates a rushed environment.
If we are still able to accommodate your services based on tardiness, there will be an additional $25 late fee added to the total cost.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are required for the following services:
- hair extensions
-corrective colors
This deposit is required to hold each guest's reserved time slot and the amount paid will be subtracted from the total cost of services at check out. Deposits are non-refundable when appointments are canceled/rescheduled with less than the 48-hour notice.
Deposits made for all appointments canceled and not rescheduled before the 48-hour window will be fully refunded.
Deposits made for all appointments rescheduled before the 48-hour window will be transferred to the updated appointment scheduled.
