Drive-Through Testing

 After adapting to new federal and state re-opening guidelines, there is nothing we care about more than the health and safety of you and our employees.
Please be assured, we are still closely monitoring guidance from the CDC, federal and local health authorities to ensure that we are taking all necessary actions to protect our employees and clients.
We’d like to take this opportunity to share more on what we’re doing as a company and how we are insisting on the highest safety practices from our employees and clients.
The Mane Escape is a certified BARBICIDE® Certified Safe Service Establishment, indicating its pledge to proper infection control throughout the establishment every day, with every service. Each one of us has completed the Barbicide COVID 19 certification for the professional beauty industry training.


Preparing for your appointment 

1- We will ask all clients who have the capability to go to our website and create an online account. Here, you will be prompted to put a credit card on file for our contactless checkout. From there you can schedule appointments also to minimize your time in the salon.

2- Once you arrive at the salon call us 978-371-1156 and let Melissa/ Lauren or Abi know your here. You can also schedule your next appointment at this time while your waiting. Otherwise feel free to go online at your convenience.

3- The state requires that you wait in your car until we text you that your stylist is ready, but we hope you’ll take advantage of our outdoor waiting/ color processing areas. Please do not bring into the Salon any items or other guests with you. Only one person is allowed to enter the business per service.

4- It’s state mandated that you wear a mask. We are recommending disposable ones (especially if having color because it would need to be left on at all times) Gloves can be worn at your preference.

5- Once any client enters the salon you will be asked to wash your hands

6- Once your service is complete, you can walk right pass Melissa (I know that will be the hardest part for most of you who love to talk with her :) ) She will let you know your total and you will receive a receipt via email.

7- Tipping- We will ask that you either venmo your stylist directly (below is a list of all stylist Venmo accounts or come in with the appropriate amount of cash due to the fact we won’t be handling any cash or checks.

8- Please do not handle retail items. Ask for assistance and a staff member will help you.

9- Please keep in mind that we anticipate disruptions to our normal business routines. Your patience and adherence to these new rules is greatly appreciated.

Our commitment to YOUR safety-

We will be spread throughout the building to comply with the social distancing guidelines. The Nail techs have a beautiful, cozy “new home” they are excited to show you.

Services will be scheduled with adequate time in between clients to properly clean and disinfect .All stylists and nail tech's will be wearing masks, aprons, and gloves. Aprons and gloves will be change after every client. As per our usual practice, we will use a clean and sanitized cape and implements on each and every client. We will clean and disinfect the station (chair, and counter) in-between each and every client. We will clean and disinfect highly touched areas (door handles, restrooms, reception desk) on a regular basis. We will temporarily suspend the use our waiting room, coffee bar, water and use of magazines.


In closing, I want to thank you all for your kind words and support, we truly have the best clients and appreciate each and every one of you! Also, again our hearts and prayers are with everyone who has been impacted by this virus across our community. In the midst of a pandemic, we are reminded of how quickly things can change and that we should take anything for granted.
